The question I had was what effect would a loan in April, 1998 have on the financial condition of the company as of 12/31/97?

It just seems odd that this whole financing thing has been going on since at least last November and the answer is always the same - "we are negotiating financing." Where's the beef? What is in the 10K that needs to wait until after the financing announcement?
