Hi Everyone
I have a question about WHY Matridigm sold 35% of their company
to ZITL and Why ZITL would buy them. Do we know when ZITL bought
the stake?
(A. Zitl bought the stake because of matr's great software?)
IF Matridigm have a GREAT software ZITL made a killing on this purchase. and Matridigm has no marketing/vision whatso ever.
Why didn't Matridigm get venture/partner(zitl?) or even go public
If they needed the money so bad? instead of selling so much for so
little? (zitl bought the stake years ago?)
I mean we got companies out there with no/little earning going public on a good story look at internet/biotech/communication stocks.

A. Ceo is now regretting selling so much of his company for so little. After the test Microsoft,IBM countless other companies
will offer Matridigm/zitl tons of money to buy them out?
No says the ceo We'll do what Netscape did go public and make
millions dare I say billions of dollars on my stock options.

B/regards

Ps: Just having some fun, BUT the question still remains about why/when Matridigm sold the 35% stake in the company.
