Regarding ICUT: Conversion took place in December, 1997. CEO holds more than 50 percent of shares. The Silver family combined own approximately 72 percent of outstanding shares. Float as of my last calculation was 2.5 million. That is why the quick jump on little volume. Same exact scenario as CAVR.

Real company with real products and 30 years in the business. The stockholders of both CAVR and ICUT don't want to let go of their shares, because there is not enough wrong with the company. Now ICUT has 30 million authorized to sell over and above what has been sold, but according to CEO as of noon today, he understands that dilution and reverses are not the way to gain shareholder interest. Frankly the one that it would hurt the most is himself.

The insider held percentage and small float make this one, again like CAVR, a rocket looking for a launching pad.

Just give me 5 damnable minutes to buy a couple of lousy thousand more shares before you dive in. I have spent 15 hours on DD on this one. And [again like CAVR] I got caught with my pants down. Just not enough monopoly money to go around.
