Edward & all:

I had come across Derlan in Jan of 97, but just looked right over it. However, it has sparked my interest lately. I have read through all the posts and have a few questions.
- What is the financial condition of the company?
- Why has the stock price dropped from it's high of 6.40 in late March?

Any input/info. will be much appreciated.
