Keep posting Frank and put me down for a newsletter subscription. IFrom people I talk to (and myself as a former subscriber), I think JK is losing droves of subscribers. I think JK has been drastically overated by many. Take the Lac da Gras play away from his picks and his record isn't that impressive. Afterall, randomly pick any 100 vse stocks under a buck and there will surely be some big winners.

As for the positive comments on JK on his support for the internet tripod and his objectivity, I recall some substantial promotion ffor "albertadiamonds.com" and a web site that he declared closest to his perfect model (LCR) that sure looked like it was developed by the person (people?) behind AD.com. While obviously his relatives are free to do whatever they want, I was disappointed he did not disclose his relation to the site. And I'm sure his promotion of the internet and Alberta hasn't hurt business any.

While there is no question he knows his stuff (his annual issue saves a lot of research for me), the internet makes it quite possible to compile this information on ones own, particularly with sites like SI, stockwatch, and chartsmart. Jk really seems to be upping the hype on some of his recent AD comments and I think this is directly related to a declining subscriber base. If Alberta fizzles, I think his newsletter will too. Anyone who puts too much faith in his call for Alberta as his top pick, don't forget his sure home run Corner Bay.

Keep up the posts frank, There are many lurking here.
