Thanks, I didn't find the Merryl Lynch report. IT's a very slow site. What does 120m authorized shares mean? Is that the figure I should have used in calculating EPS? How do ADRs work? Am I right to assume the appropriate number of shares to back ADRs are placed in a vault somewhere? - aj
