Qcom royalties and ASIC profits are critical to its profitability. It looses money on its infrastructure work and its slow growth Omnitracks cash cow business does not generate enough to support its SG&A and its R&D overhead.

Royalties and ASIC revs. have come mostly from Korea. Not entirely, but mostly.

Learn the numbers.

Long term, great story. Probably. High risk of getting squashed by bigger players, who reduce it to (mostly) only a royalty clipper. Which doesn't support the stock multiples we want to see.

But a very good chance also at emerging as a wireless Gorilla.
