Tony, re: Bad yield and poor reliability are synonymous. You can't make that categorical statement. There are any number of reasons a product might not have high yield to it's specification that have no bearing on the reliability of the yielded product. The most common reason is probably speed bin, which is a yield issue even Intel faces. So unless you know the specific reason for the yield, you can't say it means poor reliability.
