Leroy,

You just put the cart before the horse. ATXI has to see them first
before they can agree to anything. As many of us keep pointing out
NO ONE has seen them except FAMH management and the accounting firm.

I believe IRA and ARIF are trying to move the company forward but
if we don't see those financial's soon after Myriad is closed then
I will have to make a decision about any reason given for another
delay. I bought the first reason for delay to make an impact but
that is not going to hold up after Myriad closing.
