More info for the DD file based on a good call with LGOV today.

The company brochures will be out within days. They will
apparently not have financial info.

We apparently will also see other press releases within the next
couple days. I do not know what they are about.

The financial reports are going through the final review. They are
being prepared specifically to be filed with the SEC as part of the
move towards a NASDAQ listing.

A couple of newsletters have been looking at LGOV and will be
publishing articles relating to the company, presumably with a
positive recommendation.

The recent activity has apparently been some large investors who reviewed the company in China during the conference. The company knows of several large potential investors who have expressed interest in the company after the conference, and it is likely some are taking initial positions in LGOV now. The real action by large institutional investors will come after there are audited financials filed with the SEC. Of course even more credibility will come from a NASDAQ listing.

In any event, it looks like the current moment could take it up to .25. Whatever the upcoming anouncements are could take it to .50+ IMO. The audited financials of course would push it to $2+ for the NASDAQ listing. Just my opinion of course. Or so I would hope.

Lets hope for some realization on these prospects. Then we will have real Largo days with some aged scotch.
