Do you think Abbot has any clout as to how the FDA responds to BTIM? I know the FDA from work experience and they can be a pain in the "you know what". They tend to not be kind to smaller companies and this is the only thing that I believe is a negative. They either want more data, redue this study, on and on. Once they don't like you it can be death for a company. Oh course Viagra gets a song dance with clapping hands even when vivus already has a product on the market. Beware of the FDA they can screw a good investment. It's the biggest hurdle in investing in Biotech, with the big guys there is seldom any glitches. RK
