Brian, Nutcracker, and others who remain nameless: I have been away for a day but I'm back now and I thank you for your replies to my inquiries about LAN, holographic storage, and DNA analysis. I am happy the responses from all. I was not hearing very much about this stuff and I just wanted to see that it was still in the scheme of things. It is and I would appreciate anyone posting anything new in these respects if they come across something. Thanks. Brian, to you specifically: since you seem to be "up" on this holographic storage stuff, I can well imagine the benefits. Your post post documents this well, but where is SOE in this?
