I think its a little funny that the company that bought out the modems said they "may" want to invest in the new company. Give me a break these guys said all the right things to walk away with an 80% discount. Now that they have it why in the world would they want to invest in the new GVIL. I think it was a ploy to make investors think that there was something important with this new formation. I would seriously doubt they buy any shares unless they would get them significantly undermarket. Still can't believe this story it must be a dream right? By the way the volume in the last 2 days is a little under 50% of the share float. I think the action speaks for itself. RK
