VLSI broke out on the daily chart today and I don't see much resistance on the chart until it gets to the 20 1/2 to 21 area. The stock is building momentum and isn't even close to being over bought yet. A lot of things are looking good on the chart: positive money flow, expanding RSI and stochastic, close above the upper daily bollinger band, traded above the previous week's high for the first time in five weeks, established a four week base between 17 and 18, and closed today at the highest price since February 27 when the stock crashed on the earnings pre-announcement. This stock has a tendency to make sharp and fast moves off of a base. Hopefully history will repeat itself again. Dan
