Ok, ok, I'm such a liar....here I am back again. but what I am about to post entails no "personality"....just the facts maaam. Someone inquired about the infamous Maria's presence on AOL, you won't find anything incriminating, but here it is:

CBragg --
SEXI will have to announce the terms of the acquistion of ICMX, probably including information about the proxy and the breakdown of stock for stock. Even if the terms aren't disclosed in a PR announcement, SEXI will have to file an 8-K -- and you can request a copy. Not sure on the exact legal timing of the 8-K, but it has to be fairly soon after the acquisition.

I spoke to Charles Huttoe at SEXI this morning, and the initial press release yesterday was incorrect.... the actual numbers are $2,000,000 to $10,000,000 over the next two years. This was released incorrectly and then immediately a correction was released but perhaps not quick enough. Still really great news for this company......

Where did Jerry learn that SEXI is on CNBC today at 4:00???? I am the IR person for SEXI and I have not seen or heard this at all. Last week at the Equities Conference SEXI's presentation was taped by CNBC (as were all of the presentations) -- however, there is no information yet on the availability of these tapes. If someone knows from CNBC that they will be broadcasting this, it has not been told to the company.

The IR Dept. at SEXI wasn't made aware of the PFN broadcast until this afternoon. We were told the videotape would be made available to us, but were not told when or if it would be broadcast. We have been informed by NBC's PFN Network that it will be tentatively scheduled for this afternoon at 4:00.... -- the Emerging Growth Stock Day presentations are scheduled to be aired from 3:00 to 6:00 and SEXI is scheduled for 4:00.

That was the extent of her "official" communications on the AOL folders that I could find. She is apparently still using that screen name.....here's her "profile", anyone interested?

And I also stumbled across the following....undoubtedly posted during one of my various "spats" with AOL:

Greetings,
>Let me cut right to the chase: You are not free to say anything you like in my message boards. You do not have free speech here and I can and will censor any comments that I believe do not comply with either my published policies (at k/w IN in the About Investors' Network document) or with AOL's Terms of Service (posted in AOL's Member Services).<
So, as I understand it, once one fumbles through the myriad of unecessary windows needed to get to your beloved "forums" (all of which are undoubtedly designed to eat up one's online time) then you closely monitor and scrutinize each and every message, or is it just mine???
Is this kind of like speeding tickets or something? I mean do you get a comission on each "non-complying" message? Why do you take such pains to tightly control the content? Perhaps your pants are too tight?
People are free to misrepresent facts, but they are not free to express their opinion on another users messages?
To put it quite bluntly, your policies suck.
It might fly in Russia, but it is a joke to force paying customers to abide by such a dictatorship, in a technologically flawed interface I might add.
There *I* said my peace, do as you will.
PS to all, maybe you are sheepish enough to put up with this crap....at $3 an hour I might add, but I am not...do not be concerned Mr. McKing, your throne and your crown are safe for now.
I shant return, if you want to get me banned from AOL, go ahead, no skin off my back!
Watch this message magically disappear! PooF!!! (I guess the "crew" missed this one!)</b) |
