It really doesn't look that bad except for Japan. Nearly every one that is down is down only about 1%, Japan 2.9%. The question is why are they down. Anybody know what may have triggered it? Here's a thought: Usually if oil goes up that's bad news for a large part of the market. Maybe good sign for oil stocks?
