Dave, it may not be as bad a it seems. Stock appreciation can be the greatest in the property valuation phase. When the extent of available metal and economic extraction is proved, the stock will be fully value. This is the risk phase, but also potentially the most rewarding. IMO it's still a 50/50 bet.
