Actually, I'm not sure there will be any bottom fishing. The last after hours trades (in large volume, I might add) were at 21 1/8 - 3/16. I guess it's just true to the way the market is reacting these days....come clean with your numbers and you'll be rewarded (COMS comes to mind immediately). This is what MCHP should've done last quarter - I think it would have stopped the bleeding sooner. Good luck, Marc
