Hi Ariella,

I smiled when I saw the article in the Israeli Globes on the internet. CA is only one candidate to but NewD. IBM BMC and Bool are some other companies that will be very interested. Although, I think that NewD is to big for Bool.
The fact that the owners moved back to Israel just confirms that the deal is near. I don't really care who is the buyer, just hope for a high price. IBM purchased Tivoli when they were the same size (sales) as NewD today for 750M. That will bring the share to approximately $60. So even at $40 it is a great deal for the prospective buyer.
