Well, MCHP traded down 1-1/4 after hours, with KLAC up an 1/8 and AMAT down 1/16. The Pacific Rim is getting whacked, so I guess there is some chance we'll have a down opening, for whatever that's worth.

By the way, MCHP is a chip foundry - NVLS is a capital equipment manufacturer. They are related only in the sense of customer-supplier, although I don't know if such a relationship exists between these two particular companies.
