I've generally found with tech stocks that very bullish analyst targets are signs of a near top...Quantum being a good case in point last summer along with a host of other US tech stocks...

I bought ATI at $30 and bought more in low $50s.....Company has great growth prospects--but it is still producing a commodity of which eventually there will be ample competitors likely slashing prices and fighting over market share. I no longer believe the BS and hype surrounding these stocks.

Nesbitt has a target at $65...$70 is not out of the question...at that point we will be trading 22.5X FY99 EPS...at the high end of valuation...One stumble from the company and its out to woodshed!

Any other thoughts?? (new to this thread). Cheers
