Hello! Michael,

In my opinion, I view the recent news release by GLOW as a very positive step in developing a positive start point in earning the respect of the GLOW Shareholders.

As I see it Mr. Gary Borglund did not have to issue any news release at this time , but it's my feeling that he is trying to take things a step at a time to demonstrate to the Shareholders that he plans to do the right things on behalf of the Shareholders.

To me it appears that he is trying to be upfront in his communication with the Shareholders, and it would appear that he is attempting to give a step by step picture of where the company currently is, and I feel that for those that remain patient will see steady efforts to move the company forward to come as close as it can to achieve the aggressive 1998 EPS Target!

It's also my guess that Mr. Gary Borglund appears to be telling us in this latest news release that if the appropriate and necessary documentation is not received by GLOW to support the recent acquisitions then he is more than prepared to protect our shareholder interests by taking the necessary steps he deems appropriate to do so!

Of course I am here speculating like the rest of you regarding this latest news release, but the sense I get is that we will be hearing more news relating to various activities, if , as and when they happen!

Many of us should know by now, that even the best formulated plans and intentions can be postponed and delayed because of factors beyond our control! Keeping that in mind, it's my guess that the Management of GLOW is beginning to learn that even with their best efforts and intentions, everything takes time, and I for one am glad that Mr. Borglund see's the need to keep the GLOW Shareholders updated on a frequent and regular basis, and I imagine that over time, he will become more aware of the time perameters needed to release news and will respond accordingly!

Michael, you asked for input, and without knowing anymore then anyone else after reading the news release, I for one am prepared to be patient with this investment, as I feel a growing confidence level that the current GLOW Management has my best interest at heart!
At least that's what I'm betting on!-----I will add that as with all my investments I will be tracking GLOW's progress to the best of my ability looking for any signs that would put or shed some different or further light on it's development or otherwise!

And of course there is never any way to tell for sure, but the way this recent announcement read for me, is that I sense it left an opening for another follow-up announcement in due course!

Whether it's that my curiosity has got the best of me, or I am betting that Mr. Gary Borlund has got my Shareholder interest at heart, whatever my reason I feel that my share position in GLOW is right for me! It is important that each and every one of you do what is right for you, you all have worked very hard for your money!

Wishing you all the wisdom to make the right decision for you!

Sorry! I was so long winded!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
