It appears VLNC is awaiting a singular breakthrough. The company has been at it a long time and I imagine has solved every problem but one, maybe two, that are holding back high manufacturing volume and consistent quality batteries. They've pretty much outlined that they are concentrating their efforts on producing in large batch and at high speed what they can already produce in low batch at low speed. I'm sure that when the task is accomplished that the press release will be filed quickly; indeed, may be already written. I'll bet that the company is acting on doing its best right now to maintain shareholder value in light of the disappointing delay in high volume production. (I am not currently invested)
