Here is the passage you were referring to about the $50M: "In June 1997, the company announced that in its first year it generated more than $50 million dollars in total revenue. " This is at: simweb.com Can somebody find this announcement that was made in June, 1997? What is the fiscal year of SIM? Did it end in June? Where does the $39M figure stated by NETZ in February come from? What period does this cover? It appears that there are overlapping fiscal years. However, assuming that they had $50M in revenues from July, 1996 to June, 1997, and $39M in revenues from January, 1997 to December, 1997, (adjusted for NETZ fiscal year?) then it would appear that there was a significant drop-off in revenue in the second half of 1997. But we need the details of how each of these figures was arrived-at to be sure.
