In the press release you linked, Mr. Cook, the new Chairman/CEO says, "The Board of Amylin has decided that the demands of the product development pipeline and the current situation regarding the Company's financial status warranted a consolidation of the Chairman and CEO roles." How critical is 'the current situation' regarding Amylin's financial status?
