Bill, if a doctor had proof of my disease and the public had a interest in my health I doubt would need to be disclosed. ( other than in the interest of public health it would probably be required for a disclosure to be made naming the disease....being highly contagious.... but naming the disease and it's hazards, not necessarily the name of the infected) If a lawyer knew of it nothing would be required. If an engineering firm had knowledge of it I think they would be required to disclose the fact.
