IPM a Huge Money Maker

If you are an officer or director. After reading the 10-K, I am astounded at the balls demonstrated by these guys in paying themselves outrageous amounts of money while driving the company into the ground.

For example: Furlong. Salary in 97 was $217,000 + another $44,075, plus options, plus whatever salary he got from MG Gold (via loans from IPM) plus his share of the ADDITIONAL $628,000 of consulting fees to officers and directors mentioned in Note 12 to the financial statements, plus his share of the ADDITIONAL $109,000 of legal and secretarial fees paid to officers and directors mentioned in Note 12 to the financial statements.

All of this while making bs statements about chickens coming home to roost.

And Jay Taylor has the audacity to compare this guy to Job.

And what the hell did Yellich do to earn $95,000 from IPM in 1997? On top of his MGAU salary paid for by IPM shareholders. Thought he didn't come to work for IPM until 1998?
