Ike,

Saw our old friend Don on the TSO thread. Here was one of his thoughts that I would like to know your view on (Hope this is okay to copy to here):

Jerry,

The SOX appears to be forming a CUP WITH HANDLE CHART, with the RIM of the CUP in the 315-330 range. The higher the better.

What normally happens after the rim is reached is a retracement of approximately 1/2 of the RIGHT SIDE OF THE CUP. This is not to say that the SOX could not go down alot, Im just talking about this specific type of chart formation.

The bottom of this CUP is around 285, so if the SOX gets to 320 - it will be a easy retracement to 300 almost immediately.

Thanks Ike -- Getcher
