The devil could be in the details of the agreement. Investors have been winging with this stock on the dream of great market expansion. USWDA was supposed to ink several exclussive agreements with major telcos. This agreement says nothing at all about exclusivity or committments to sell any set number of units. Maybe the details are not as good as many investors expected or the stock will move up when they are clarrified.
