Dale. You asked me my impressions of Glentel. My impressions are that Glentel is run by smart business people and 60% controlled by Tom Skidmore who has a glass manufacturing and distribution empire near $1/2 Billion Dollars. Glentel has 8,000,000 shares outstanding and trades on the TSE. Although it is not profitable in it's operations, Glentel has made over $ 100 Million Dollars on the sale of Glenaire stock recently, and paid out a $ 4.00 dividend in 1997. Tom Skidmore was contacted personally and instructed on the advantages of Unitec Technology and the achievements of John B. Smyth. From there he sent his corporate development officer over to "take a look see". Additional meetings were set up and proceeded from there. Why don't you ask John B. Smyth who it was that introduced Glentel to Unitec. Ask him who followed up with written letters and delivered promotional materials. Ask him who paid for the lunch meeting with Glentel's Corporate Development officer. You may well be surprised that it is a very small world.
