INTEL's Yield:

Just got this information from my friend at Intel

Yield of 0.35um PII: Excellent, consistently 60%+ in production

Yield of 0.25um PII: Getting Better, 20%-35% in production. Experiments are still going on to improve yield. Should improve rapidly.

For those who say that high yielding lots have higher reliability chip than low yielding lot, YOU NEED TO GET A JOB IN THE SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY. That statement is completely not true. There are few cases when that is true but most of the time the two events are uncorrelated.
