<<My apologies to you....>>
Absolutely no need for you to apologize; I understand and agree with your position completely. FWIW, I believe that there has been some excellent bearish info presented in a reasonable, although at times heated, fashion. Heated is ok, since it's often good for stimulating worthwhile discussion, but caustic and vituperative is another matter. Folks like Tokyo, Abella, Bradpalm1, Kaplan, and several others have posted some very worthwhile info; but the zombie posters with an agenda have just spewed noxious gas (I prefer the stuff that doesn't make you one choke).
FWIW, I'm neutral at this point and have been for the last couple of months because I honestly can't come to a clear view one way or the other; it's simply very unclear. I believe that those who claim the company is a fraud are delusional. However, there are at least two serious concerns involved here: 1) the approvability of the drug due to a) the science involved and b) FDA protocol, and 2) the market dynamics vis-a-vis the competition even if approval is obtained.
Management is now hitting some goals; let's keep their heals to the fire concerning NDA submission in the next few months and finally remove any lingering doubts about their integrity and credibility that remain in other posters' minds. However, that's not my concern, but I do want to make sure management executes.
I think one thing that most posters will agree on is that we have before us a fascinating story.
