I have talked with Dan Fischer they have a fifteen day grace period, this is for review and completion of the companies audits (both Midl & Arcon).I have been assured NO need to WORRY!! Things are progressing and well. It is my opinion that Dan Fischer is a very careful and through man and does not want any problems in anything he does. He also is well aware of stockholders concerns re: Midlands past officers and want this company to move on to greater things!He also understands most if not all of us want the name changed. These things move slowly and this is all to be announced at the May stockholders meeting.Bob West will soon close,Audits are almost completed 10 Q is almost ready and machine is in fabrication. Point is if you have a problem call the office,Arcon or IR. Many of us have spent countless hours following every avenue this company has been on. Trust or don't!! But as Gary say's "I HATE IT FOR YOU" This company IS the real deal. Regards Jeff PS Trade what 's right for you,Don't follow blindly!
