Brian, thanks yes I know Wasef has the 10Q on his home page, but what I wanted to look at was all the S-8's that were issued around 9/23 for supposedly Buttwad and his cronies (maybe even a few decent people -- nah NOT).

Thanks for the site again I may just read over the 10Q again just for kicks.
