George, you absolutely must hold BAY at least through '98. I do not mean to imply that BAY cannot stand on its own because I believe it can and as a shareholder that is what I want, but ... there is going to be consolidation in this industry especially as networking and telecom converge. I think you will be remiss not to see how it plays out. BAY is a strong company financially and neither Asia nor an economic downturn will ruin it. Just my humble opinion. Beachbumm
