Conference call:

"Pete kight ceo will present a stock buyback program to its board of directors, and anticipates it will be favorably recieved and implemented when the timing is favorable."

..can anyone confirm?

My notes say that Pete would talk to the board about buyback, but there is no current buyback plan.

Lehman asked if CKFR would do buyback if it impacted ability to do future acquisitions. Pete said buyback would be unlikely if it hurt "pooling" possibilities.
