Some ICCN info: I emailed the company for some info aand got a response within hours. I'll paste the reply in with this message: ------------------- Thank you for your enquiry and your interest in Integrated Carbonics Corp. We have been working dilligently but quietly in an effort to build the fundamentals of the Company and to meet deadlines both on the business side and the public company administration. We expect to issue a corporate update in the near future. To answer some of your other immediate questions, we will be posting all news releases and summary financial pro formas on our web site (www.integratedcarbonics.com). I invite you to keep an eye out for those postings as our feasibility study is expected to be completed by month's end. The current issued and outstanding shares is approximately 9,100,000 of which 6,000,000 are restricted under rule 144. The balance of approximately 3,100,000 shares are shares issued to management and close associates pursuant to the Company's 504 offering dated December 8, 1997.
