Jon obviously there would be some business drop off during a consolidation period, Granted. The $50 MM may have been an overlap of fiscal year ends from the joining companies. This very reason may explain the delay in the audited report. However, When the $39 MM 1997 sales figure comes in and the company NOW plans "to double last years sales" with new management / new sales and marketing teams / a new IR team and lets hope for many new clients to pick up the slack..... Give or take a couple million... Jon... would you not agree we are UNDERVALUED at current levels.
