Ihni filed for a delay in filing year end results. They expect to report a loss of 13.5M for the year. Newcare reported year end results yesterday. In their press release they made no mention of a purchase of Iatros, but they did of another property. They did mention the leasing of three properties in Massachusets. Would these be the Iatros holdings. Is the purchase deal dead
