My guess is that it's part of the semiconductor rally.

I've owned VLSI because I thought it the cheapest PE in the business,
with PE under 10X 96 earnings, I hope. My concern is the fall in
share price has been so great I thought I didn't understand something
so that's why I posted here looking for something FUNDAMENTAL I might
be overlooking. I don't know if semi's wiil go straight up from here
but looks like they will move as a group.
