You got it right. My sense from the call is that CKFR management's enthusiasm for a buyback AT CURRENT PRICES is lukewarm at best. Pete spoke about going to the board to get authorization so they could implement IF the opportunity arose.

Regarding pooling vs. purchase accounting, this is more than an academic issue. It's important because there are very specific GAAP rules regarding when you can and cannot buy shares after a pooling deal and vice versa.
