I agree with privacy concerns issue, but to finish the thought, consider the following: First, businesses don't care (unless they are not legitimate or not operating lawfully). Second, isn't this an issue already with credit card transactions? Third, wouldn't the consumer prefer (if having no choice) to allow only one party (WAVX) to have usage information, coupled with an agreement not to disseminate that information, rather than having to register at so many sites with no clear confidence in the legitimacy of the person to whom they are giving the information?
