Captain Nutcracker, I'd be happy to go with you, but I think by early 1997 either things will be cleared up or it will all be over. I think we should do what we can to notify the SEC about our concerns and despite what some people on this thread may think I believe that the SEC is a competent agency which is well equipped to do the job necessary in this case. Don't worry about Huttoe and Maria getting rich, what goes around comes around. If they are guilty of what you say then the SEC will take appropriate action. Unfortunately, I think that the deception may have been much wider spread within the company (what a scary thought!).

We're already on this ship, so let's stay on it instead of jumping into the waters to drown the scumbags. I can't imagine how difficult this must be for everyone who has a large stake in this company, but rest assured that justice will be done. These SEC guys are so good that they even know the color of your underwear. If there have been crimes committed (which I believe there have) they WILL try to prosecute these individuals without bringing undue loss to the remaining investors.

We as investors do have a right to know what the hell is going on and if you would like I can call them and demand that we have some public notice of what has gone on during the investigation or at least when exactly we will know. This is our right as investors. Let's exercise it. I'm damn good at getting answers out of people who don't want to give them. I don't have much invested in SEXI but I'm getting tired of reading all this negative crap and not getting any news from the only source that we can currently trust, the SEC. Remember WE own the company not the SEC.
