The Asian values discussion brings up a very strange image to my mind. Hollywood Action Movie, circa 1999. The last year of the mellenium. The hero is British, the villain American, the female lead from Hong Kong, the Director is Indian, the cast is for the most part Mexican. The producer is an Israeli. The owner of the film company is an ex-Austrailan. The head of sales is an ex-New Yorker Schmemmmen, who is actually greek.

Where does this leave Asian values? Or, French values? Or, even American values? Maybe we are in the world of world commerical values....

My best,
