Even that was a bit tongue-in-cheek. Calling Amati is a bit like getting a human voice at the British Consulate (impossible). If I might be so bold as to offer suggestions, first of all, don't under any circumstances follow the recorded message. Half the time I type in Carlini's name, the voice comes back and says there's no one there by that name. Believe me, there is. To avoid frustration, the minute the machine answers the phone, press zero, wait for a voice, and go from there. Now, to complicate matters further, I've been told by many that their calls to Ron Carlini aren't returned, so I suggest you try Jim Hood, Chief Engineer, or Tac Berry, VP of Marketing. Both could benefit from a crash course in "How to Win Friends and Influence People," but, hey, that's in Phase II.
