large stake in this company, but rest assured that justice will be done. These SEC guys are so good that they even know the color of your underwear. If there have been crimes committed (which I believe there have) they WILL try to prosecute these individuals without bringing undue loss to the remaining investors."<<

K.C. I don't think we are questioning the competency, I think it is more of a matter of how much they really attempt to protect our (meaning all investors in all U.S. markets) interests. If the SEC is aware of the practices that are being used then why not do something to change the loopholes in the laws. When they catch individuals in the scams as have been in the papers recently (thanks to arrests by SEC and FBI) what is done to recoup the losses of the innocent investor which may include elderly people who are swindled using fear tactics.

Your comment: >>"they even know the color of your underwear"<<
I guess I will fix them and I will throw all my panties away and from now on will be running around well ventilated. Thanks for the warning on the SEC and how they keep track of us investors. <g> LOL

Tara (Gotta go and fix dinner.)
