En Pointe Acquires Online Reseller Division of First Source International

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 2, 1998--En Pointe Technologies Inc.
(Nasdaq:ENPT), a leading national provider of information technologies and
services, Thursday announced the acquisition of selected assets of First Source
International Inc., a direct and online marketer of computer systems and related
peripherals to small and medium-sized businesses.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of April 1998. Financial terms
of the contract were not disclosed.

First Source International's Online business is consistent with our strategy to
capture additional Internet sales. First Source's robust online ordering system
