It sounds like the information given out by the conference call was more of what has been speculated about DROM since DROM took it's nose dive last summer. As much as I want to be a GOOD DROMER, I can't help but be a little reluctant to take at face value anyhting IMP puts out. Has ANYONE gotten a current FINANCIAL STATEMENT from IMP? I was promised one a month ago and I'm still waiting.

It makes me feel good to hear all the wonderful comments about IMP but why won't they issue an income statement and balance sheet to it's investors? When is IMP's year end?, Have they filed their 10-K with the SEC?

Thanks for your postings, I find them more interesting and informative than most.
