Dear Jeff: They do seem to make one good point though. That is the "body shops" get the face to face relationship with the end user whereas some of the tool shops like PTUS do not. This face to face is important. In fact it is SYNT's business plan to cross sell and they have been extrememly successful at it as has been their stock price. JDN
