Internet fax industry is growing very fast. As you can see, this company has a very impressive customer following locally in USA and worlwide. Their market potential is huge!!!!

Revenues are growing nicely. They reported 21% increase in revenues for recent quarter, going from 3.8 mil to 4.6 mil in fourth quarter.

We believe that one of big boys (AOL, YHOO) will be adding FAXX services to to their line-up to attract a corporate/ travel business.

Their web site is very impressive. faxsave.com. Check it out.

FAXX has over 10 mil outstanding shares and only 1.5 float. This indicates that insiders are holding a nice chunk and looking for future gains. We see 10800 shorts and decent holding by some funds( 7 insts for 0.08% of the float).

Charth shows nice basing and accumulation in this range.
52 week high was $ 5.25.

This is very explosive stock with very small float and in very explosive industry.

We are buying this one for short term as well as for long term gains.
